Virtual PT sessions to businesses for their employees to encourage wellness and interaction while in lockdown. By training on Zoom your employees will be able to see each other in a fun atmosphere while exercising and improving their mental health.
The sessions can be tailored to your needs and there will be adaptations to all exercises so all fitness levels are catered for. The sessions will last about 30-40 mins and can be before work, at lunchtime or on an evening. The length and the content of the session will be your choice, hopefully with the input of your employees, and can be chosen from Bootcamps, Circuits, Hiit, Tabata or a milder, but still effective, stretching class.
